Face spline type HUB3 Bearing
- By adopting a face spline, this design enables high torque transmission and helps prevent stick-slip noise between the constant velocity joint (CVJ) and the bearing.
NSK has integrated various suspension control functions that previously required multiple devices into a single unit. The ball screw directly controls the suspension’s extension and compression motions, either actively or passively, while also enabling energy regeneration.
Locking Clutch
- The locking clutch achieves both high power transmission efficiency and a reliable locking function, without requiring any electrical power.
- When installed in a rear-wheel steering actuator, it maintains a self-locking function that prevents external forces from being transmitted to the motor, while improving the efficiency of power transmission from the motor to the tires.
- This contributes to downsizing and improving the efficiency of the actuator’s motor, helping to realize a compact and energy-saving high-efficiency linear actuator.
Ball Screw for Electric Mechanical Brake
- The highly efficient ball screw actuator not only enhances the responsiveness of the brake system but also contributes to system downsizing and weight reduction through the integration of the bearing and surrounding components.
