7. Refund Policy

  • The customer purchased the same content more than once when the content was already available through the same account, except where the duplicate charge was caused by a payment error;
  • The customer no longer wants the content after purchase; or
  • Access problems are caused by the customer’s device, browser, internet connection, or other equipment while the EHFCV service is functioning normally.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory refund rights or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

7.3 How to Request a Refund
