The 2014 regulations allow for DRS on the rear wing.
On finishing straight, gap less than 2 seconds: DRS enabled
DRS use not allowed:
• During the first three laps
• In the first three laps after a safety car period
• During the first three laps
• In the first three laps after a safety car period
