Based on the basic fiberglass tray, with the added functions of 4G Cat.1 label perception, monitoring and environmental recording.

It mainly involves new technologies such as safety traceability, radio frequency anti-counterfeiting identification, QR codes, and innovative packaging structures. It features higher strength, longer lifespan, lightness, thinness, and sturdiness; it realizes functions such as location management, warehouse entry and exit management, empty and full load monitoring, rough handling monitoring, and loss alarm.

Packaging network interconnection

Built-in intelligent chips enable real-time monitoring of pallet distribution, full or empty status of pallets, alert for rough handling, loss warning and alarm, reducing the loss rate of pallets.

Material greening

Utilizing new composite materials (PP + glass fiber materials), it offers higher strength, longer lifespan (5 to 7 years), and is lightweight yet sturdy (≤ 15KG).
