BorgWarner has developed two medium pressure injectors for hydrogen (DI-CHG) to cover the flow/power range. The DI-CHG10 is package compatible with current production 7.5-mm tip gasoline DI injectors and suitable for powers up to 60 kW/cylinder. The larger 9.8-mm tip DI-CHG15 injector extends the potential power up to 90 kW/cylinder for commercial vehicle applications.
