The structure is flexible, with the motor front cover and reduced shell end cover sharing the same shell, and can be adapted to different motors.
Low cost, adopting a three bearing scheme, profile motor housing, integrated electronic control eliminates the need for high-voltage lines.
After the intermediate shaft gear is press fitted, the overall teeth are ground, resulting in high gear meshing accuracy and improved NVH performance.
The shell is designed symmetrically and is compatible with different arrangements of motors on both sides.
The motor power can cover 120kW.
