CAERI Fully Active Suspension HIL Test System

This test bench is used to test hydraulic fully active suspension shock absorber assembly samples and hydraulic pump samples. It simulates road excitation through high-frequency response hydraulic actuators (frequency response ≥30Hz, linear velocity 0.01~4m/s), and measures parameters such as tension/compression force, dynamic displacement, and loading force. The maximum dynamic displacement is ±150mm, and the maximum loading force is ±20kN. Its primary function is to verify the performance, response characteristics, durability, and control precision of active suspension systems, making it suitable for R&D and quality validation.

Hydraulic Fully Active Suspension Hardware in the Loop Test System

Product Highlights

  • Strong high-frequency response capability (≥30Hz), supporting rapid dynamic simulation of real road vibrations.
  • Wide linear velocity range (0.01~4m/s), combined with large-stroke actuators (±150mm) and high loading force (±20kN), capable of covering testing under multiple working conditions.
  • High integration, integrated with tension/compression force sensors, supporting simultaneous testing of shock absorber assemblies and hydraulic pump samples to achieve Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation of fully active suspension.
