High-Definition Adaptive Driving Beam & Projection system empowered by Micro-LED technology, can generate customized lighting patterns in real time by processing data from cameras and other vehicle sensors, as well as environmental information.

The High-Definition Adaptive Driving Beam & Projection system improves driving safety by empowering headlamp lighting and provide interesting lighting functions by high resolution projection.

The High-Definition Adaptive Driving Beam & Projection system includes Micro-LED Lighting Module, High-Definition Control Module and Lens, can be mounted in different locations of the vehicle (e.g. the headlamps, trunk, side mirror, front grill, etc.)

Due to ultra-high light conversion efficiency of Micro-LED and much higher pixel resolution than traditional matrix headlight pixels, smartly managed by High-Definition Control Module, when projecting custom animation or video content for individualization and styling, many intelligent lighting functions can be realized, such as:

  • Assistance for Headlamps(low beam and high beam): accurately gen- erate the glare-free zone, realizing the high definition ADB function;
  • High-Definition projection function: project safety warning symbols on the road, increasing the interaction between the vehicle, the driver and road participants outside the vehicle;
  • Energy saving from lamps: Precise control of each LED pixel avoids energy waste caused by ineffective lighting.

High-Definition Control Module offers power supply stages, sensor data processing, light control algorithms together with graphical rendering and streaming of light distributions.

New Micro-LED technology allows to shrink the size of light projection systems by integrating the Micro-LED module and High-Definition Control Module in the same housing, enabling new applications and use cases inside and outside of vehicles.
