The 2.0GPa AS hot stamping battery pack solution is applied in BENTELER, and all core structural components are made of 2.0GPa press hardening steel, achieving comprehensive protection of the battery. The steel aluminum connection adopts BENTELER’s unique steel aluminum spot welding technology (SWOPtech), cleverly connecting the aluminum liquid cooling plate with the hot formed frame. The entire package achieves a 20% cost reduction.
