  • Login Methods: We provide traditional email/password login and App QR Code Scanning.
    • When using the App QR scan, your mobile session securely authenticates your web session.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device and your login credentials.
  • Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. EHFCV is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access.

2. Use of Services

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for its intended purposes.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
    • Violate any local, state, or international laws.
    • Attempt to breach the security of the QR login system or reverse-engineer the EHFCV App.
    • Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to scrape data from EHFCV.com.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on EHFCV.com, including logos, text, software, and the “EHFCV” brand, is the exclusive property of EHFCV or its licensors. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EHFCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the inability to log in due to technical failures.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms.
