Bosch SiC CSL

The CSL (Compact Silicon Carbide Line) power modules cover all major requirements of EV mass market. Thanks to a scalable power range and two power terminal options our CSL power modules allow maximum flexibility. The 1,200 V modules are designed for system voltages around 800 V. The 750 V modules are designed for system voltages around 400 V. Our SiC MOSFETs reduce conduction and switching losses and allow for higher switching frequencies.
