The generation 2.3 model has a pulse inverter, and is designed to work within a voltage range of 150 to 430 volts.
The 2.3 model is about a third smaller than previous generations. This enables it to be installed even where space is at a premium – for example in hybrids that have both an electric motor and an internal-combustion engine under the hood.
