Pressler has independently innovated and developed a 2D blank tube generation algorithm for 3D tubular parts, enabling continuous and stable feeding of blank tubes on conventional roller hearth furnaces. The entire process requires no auxiliary pallet support, significantly improving production efficiency.
Compared with conventional automotive hot-formed parts, hot-formed tubular parts offer superior performance in lightweighting, structural strength, and stiffness, with outstanding anti-deformation capability during automotive door collisions.
