The steel battery pack solution that combines cold roll forming and hot stamping processes is applied in SAIC GM Wuling. The left and right frames and rear frames are made of 1.0GPa ultra high strength steel roll forming, and the front frame socket mounting plate is designed with hot stamping, reducing the difficulty of opening the closed cavity and improving the strength of the front frame.
